We have had the pleasure of reflecting on another year with our podcast. And 2023 was amazing, insightful but, most of all, our privilege to have the opportunity to meet some amazing first responders, their families and supporters. In reflecting on our guests’ interviews and their experiences, we realized we received so much great advice from these guests over the past year. Especially when we asked our guests about what advice they would give first responders, their spouses/SO, and to families in this lifestyle. We quickly realized many of our guests offered very similar advice and recommendations, while others gave some unique perspectives. In this episode we decided to highlight and share some of our favorites with you. So, come ride along with us!
